I've been here in Kuwait for more than two weeks now and I still haven't seen the most of it yet. If you're wondering why... Well some days were meant for processing documents and most days i'm just tucking myself in our tiny apartment watching tons of movies, surfing the internet, practicing my cooking skills, cleaning here and there. Another reason is I think i'm a bit traumatized with my experience. But I realised I shouldn't let that ruin the rest of my stay, the best solution: shake it off. Yeah that's what I did. And my love has been very comforting and supportive.
So, the husband brought me to Al Shaheed Park. I don't know the exact location but I know for sure that it's in the heart of Kuwait City.. When we entered the park, I was mesmerized by the red flowers in every corner, they're beautiful. I never thought they would grow and bloom to a place where climate can go from extreme cold to extremely hot. From there we can see all the tall buildings that surround the park, I felt like a Tinkerbell when I looked p. We roam around and enjoyed the view, we also watch people strolling around the park which are mostly families or group friends, some are couples.

There was a glass building and my love as curious as he can be insisted to go inside. As it turns out, it's a museum! We were provided with head phones for us to listen about whatever is inside it. And it's free of charge by the way. Plants present in Kuwait are are found inside the museum as well as replica of animals like the picture of my good friend (with a resting bitch face) above, also climate and land formation of the country. I was simply amazed for the fact that it's a first for me to witness a museum with 3D animations/effect and all. I wish we could have like that back home...
We ended our night by people watching near the Kuwait Towers with snacks and heartfelt conversation.
