A Jolly Weekend Recipe: Creamy Seafood Chowder

Ingredients
1.  Jolly sliced mushroom (1 can)
2.  Jolly corn kernels (1 can)
3.  Jolly cream of mushroom (1 can)
4.  Potatoes ( You can also add other vegetables like carrots, spring onions, etc)
5.  Cream cheese (I used the whole pack of triangle ones)
6.  Milk (I used soya milk but you can also use other types depending on your preference)
7.  Garlic
8.  Salt and Pepper

9.  Squid rings
10.  Shrimps (peeled and deveigned)
11.  Clams (You can also add scallops)
12.  Crab sticks (You can also use crab meat or lobster meat)
13.  Olive oil

Directions

1.  Saute garlic with olive oil. Add milk, cream of mushroom, and cream cheese. Cook and stir until it's all blended.
2.  Add potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
3. When the potatoes are slightly cooked, add the corn and mushroom, also add all the seafood (shrimp, clams, squid, crab sticks) and continue cooking until it's opaque.


And voila! You have a creamy seafood chowder that your whole family can enjoy. It  may look hard to cook, but trust me it's easy as ABC!
